	David began the draft review on page 12.  I worked on my sNaN
	comments for tomorrow while everyone got up to page 67 with no
	serious comments.  Jim objected to the tail operations & will
	likely make a proposal to get rid of them.  But we finished well
	before 3:00 & broke up early.
